Action on the courts and streets was as hot as the weather for this years 2004 hoop jam.  Island Rhythm 98.5 supplied the jams and the contants supplied the slams. 

This years tournament featured 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 full court play.  Teams consisted of kids, women and men who were all playing for the Hoop Jam Medals.  Tournament results will be available at www.hoopjam.net.
